Question 1

How does ROADPAW ship?

Accepted Answer

Orders are packed on business days. Shipping options, cost and estimated delivery are shown at checkout before you pay, and you'll receive tracking by email once the parcel is collected.

Question 2

Does ROADPAW WASH need a water source?

Accepted Answer

Yes. WASH is a sprayer that connects to a tap or hose — it doesn't carry its own water supply. Check the product page for the connector types included.

Question 3

Will BACKSEAT fit my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

BACKSEAT measures 47.5 x 34 inches and mounts with adjustable cords and hooks. Compare that against your vehicle's opening before ordering. It's a barrier net, not a restraint or crash-tested safety device.

Question 4

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Question 5

Is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment, taxes and order processing all run through Shopify's secure checkout.
